Award-winning Osteopath Anisha Joshi is passionate about bringing Osteopathy to a new generation of patients. She currently treats patients via her two clinics Cavendish Square and Woodside Osteopathic Clinic in Hitchin Hertfordshire.

Her focus is on widening the reach of Osteopathy to a new audience and Anisha is passionate about educating adults and children on osteopathy and preventative care to avoid pain or injury later in life. Her enthusiastic and proactive approach has meant she’s been sought by celebrities to work with them on their rehabilitation. She’s also a successful female entrepreneur and acts a mentor and trainer to recently qualified Osteopaths.

Reena decided she wanted to be an Osteopath after seeing the impact that Osteopathic treatment had on her Dad, who had suffered debilitating back pain for years. Qualifying in 2001 Reena has been running her highly successful Osteopathy business for 20 years and has a team of Osteopaths and Holistic Therapists treating patients from her clinic in Leatherhead.

​Reena qualified as a teacher with a Certificate in Education in 2005 and has taught at the Surrey institute of Osteopathic medicine for over 10 years teaching Human Anatomy, Clinical Skills, Osteopathic Technique, Osteopathy Reflection and practitionership and was a dissertation and clinical supervisor and examiner for Final Clinical Competence exams for many years. She’s responsible for the clinical side of OsteoAllies as Clinical Director.

Payal is a fully qualified osteopath, having obtained her Masters degree from Swansea University. She is an osteopath with excellent communication skills accompanied by a warm, caring and understanding personality. Payal uses a structural and holistic approach to get to the root of the problem and creates a harmonious balance within the human body. This enables patients to return to their optimum state of health and get back to a pain free lifestyle they enjoy. She focuses on restoring muscle and joint functioning in patients who are recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, as well as preventative care. The treatment Payal provides consists of a wide range of osteopathic techniques and a tailored treatment plan specific to the client’s needs and goals. The diverse range of ‘hands-on’ techniques include soft/deep tissue massage, joint mobilisations, manipulations, myofascial/ trigger point release, lymph drainage, neuromuscular and muscle energy techniques. Alongside the array of techniques, Payal will informatively provide you with relevant advice and prescribe you with specific exercises to kick-start that road to recovery.

Payal has a keen interest in keeping fit by going to the gym and partaking in sporting activities including cricket, golf, badminton and tennis. In her spare time she can also be found reading novels or baking.

Damini is a fully qualified Osteopath with a First Class Masters degree from Swansea University. She is passionate about health and encouraging patients to live their best life, without the hindrance of pain or physical barriers. She takes pride in going above and beyond assisting patients on their road to recovery, combining a structural and holistic approach for a tailored treatment plan.

Each patient is different and on this basis, Damini combines a thorough case history, full assessment and an array of ‘hands-on’ treatment techniques such as mobilisations, manipulations, soft or deep tissue massage, neuromuscular and muscle energy techniques, alongside exercise prescription for you to maintain between sessions. Preventative measures will also be provided to ensure future reoccurrence is minimal. Together, this approach will give you the best possible outcomes to improve your overall health and function.

She has a wide range of experience working in high volume GP, NHS and private referral practices dealing with a multitude of musculoskeletal injuries ranging from acute (recent) to chronic (long-term) complaints. Damini regularly continues her professional development to maintain updated with her scientific knowledge and new research releases to be able to give evidence-based explanations for all things Osteopathy. She hopes to further her expertise in the field by specialising in paediatrics and obstetrics in the near future.

Outside of Osteopathy, Damini regularly enjoys keeping active and being creative: swimming, cooking, crafting and all things DIY. Her nurturing and ambitious personality enables her to be a great communicator, with the ability to understand and relate to individuals from all walks of life – think of the colour yellow!
